Ich bin großer Machinima-Fan, mache selbst einiges in der Richtung und kenne die typischen Probleme und Hindernisse die einem bei solch einem Projekt begegnen. Dementesprechend kann ich nur sagen: Sieht das geil aus! Das ist doch der Traum eines jeden Filmemachers!

With the SFM, you can essentially film "on location" in your favorite TF2 map—whether it's one that Valve released or one that you modded yourself. You can use the SFM's large library of maps, models, animations, objects, sounds, and effects, or you can import your own.

The SFM is native to the Source game engine. Assets that you make for the TF2 Workshop or for your own game mods can be loaded into the SFM.
At this time, the SFM is only being released for Team Fortress 2. Users familiar with modding with the Source engine will be able to mod the SFM build of TF2 to create new worlds.
